We love all of our clients at BELLE AMÉ, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. CANCELLATIONS

Our Flexible Salon Policy

Appointment times are limited. We understand that your time is valuable, and so is ours. We therefore request all clients to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, will result in a penalty fee of 50% based on the treatment booked. Such penalty will be added to your next treatment fee.

TARDINESS

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to your therapist and other customers at BELLE AMÉ and make sure you arrive 10 minuets prior to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our therapist and other customers.
